Born the middle child of three, Alarak the oldest and Zaya {her twin} the youngest, Zahra is the blood daughter of the previous great rulers; Nephor and Senbek of Absathus. Along with her siblings, Zahra grew up in the comfort of riches and luxury but not without the stern consequences that have been learnt. The traditional ways of a Princess, Zahra had trouble with as a child as often as most, since she wanted to create devastation just to see it’s effect on others and their reaction. However, throughout her years, Zahra had come to terms with the important roles she and her sister has since their birth which can be seen through their different magical abilities. As time went on and Zaya accepted her political duties and responsibilities as next heir to the throne, Zahra remained a supportive presence to her siblings and Absathus overall. Remaining as one of Zaya’s loyal supporters, often present in council meetings and conducting judge and jury with her sister, Zahra still enjoys her royal stature with not only passing up an opportunity or two to delight and delve in mischievous deeds. Besides her twin, Zahra has a close relationship with Alarak as many have often commented on the similar traits they have. This being one of the reasons why Zahra often gets along well and siding herself with him more than half the time. After the death of Bayek and the stripping of Alarak’s title, Zahra hated and blamed Zaya for a while finding It was not their brother’s fault for Bayek’s demise, as it was a cost of war {lives given for a life taken} seeing it as the natural order of life. Though the love for her sister outweighed more than her stubborn ways, Zahra found it in herself to come to terms needed be. During her years afar many suitors have come and gone, though it is expected of the princess to be wed after Zaya, Zahra knows the time would soon come.
